Turning with Ease

Change in life is always occurring. Sometimes we get stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. This is where playing with options becomes beneficial. We become more flexible and relate to the world differently. So here is a short movement exploration for you to try. Even if you don't feel a restriction in your turning to begin with, you are bound to find an improvement or change of some sort. Don't trust me on it...I invite you to try it yourself and see what occurs! If you do have neck pain when turning, limited motion, or trouble checking your blind spot this learning experience can help greatly!
