Enjoy this treat for your whole spine which results in increased flexibility in the neck and upper-back. Typically we sometimes aren't aware of the slight rotation, or twisting, that goes on through the spine when we walk. Reconnect with these pleasant moves and be sure to drop what your carrying and do some walking with your arms free! Enjoy!
