Benefits for Adults to have Tantrums!

What? There is benefits for me to do a tantrum? One just like a little kid? Actually there are TONS of benefits including releasing muscular tension and stress as well as releasing emotional stress.

We will do our adult tantrum lying down to release unwanted tension and stress. Use this tool in your tool bag to continue to feel vital and great! Reconnect with the support of your bones so that the muscles don't have to get so tense that they're acting like bones.

Who needs knots in their muscles? Let's take a lesson from the kiddos and have ourselves a tantrum! It's quite balancing. Enjoy! Don't worry you don't have to wear that silly pink tutu...that is unless you want to!
