If you have knee pain, muscular imbalances due to knee trauma or poor knee function, this video is for you! Knees are meant to be flexible with a good balance between the quads and the hamstrings, as well as a balance between the front and back of the lower leg muscles.

LIfe sometimes throws us off balance, yet we can find equillibrium again by using our whole selves versus straining just a few areas.
