Continuation from last lesson. Let's move the shoulder in a circle with awareness and help decrease strain, coordinate motion and help you feel better...especially if you hold shoulder tension, sit a lot, or do forward reaching work. This will help give you more options than holding your shoulders forward or up...like many of us do when we are stressed! Let's learn some new patterns!
